Human Resource Cum Administration

(A) Human Resource: 

The Human Resource (HR) department is an essential part of any organization. The responsibilities of the HR professionals are to plan, select, interview, recruit, induct, train potential candidates. Besides these, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, ensuring workplace safety, determining reimbursement packages and smoothing career paths of employees in the organization are the other important functions of the HR Department.

(B) Administration: 

Administration and management personnel make sure that this place of learning and training is running efficiently and effectively. Our educational administrators help to ensure the efficient running of a private educational institution through a range of administrative, supportive and financial duties. They also take care of general clerical duties with multitasking job performances which include drafting of letters and other necessary documents, processing technical or non-technical issues, photocopying, scanning, mailing, filing etc.

Curriculum Development Committee (CDC)

Our Curriculum Development Committee (CDC) encompasses the design and progress of integrated plans for knowledge, implementation of strategies, and evaluation of the plans, their application and the outcomes of the learning experience. The CDC keeps Lincoln University College updated on recent and innovative trends in curriculum development, assessment methods, and teaching and learning techniques keeping in mind the demand for e-learning. The CDC comprises curriculum developers and learning experts who offer lecture notes, online support, training and expertise, question paper development, development of international-standard syllabus, assessment design, developing Online Distance Learning modules, perform plagiarism checks, access to online study materials for the e-learning mode.

The fundamental objective of the CDC is to make sure that students receive integrated, coherent learning experiences that contribute towards their personal, academic and professional development.

Journal Publication

LEPL is also involved in research-oriented journal publications. We publish three journals on behalf of different faculties of Lincoln University College, Malaysia. The journals are fully Open Access with a mission to facilitate the widest possible dissemination of high-quality research. The journals are devoted principally to research papers, but short communications, reviews and book reviews are also integrated. The editorial board includes reviewers, scholars and prominent educators from around the world, representing the disciplines covered by the journal. We publish papers from international authors and with the circulation of huge numbers of copies, our team set its own benchmark by reaching a wide readership in countries like Malaysia, Australia, China, Japan, Turkey, Indonesia, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Afghanistan and Vietnam.

Our commitment to the academic community and to global advancement is the benchmark of our journals publishing programme. To encourage scholarly exchange within and across traditional disciplines our journals are published to serve all communities. While making certain that we meet the requirements and standards of each of the many disciplines we serve, we have developed practices and policies for our open and free access journals.

The journals are indexed with well-defined author rights. These three journals cater to the fields of Nursing, Medical Research, Business, Tourism, Management and Hospitality:

The journals are scholarly, refereed, quarterly and peer-reviewed. Through our books and journals LEPL aspires to be one of the chief conduits by which research outcomes of this institution, and thousands like it around the globe, can reach those individuals who can make further progress with them or apply them for the advancement of the society.

International Student Recruitment & Support

Our Student Support team aids analysis of academic results to check for international and domestic students’ eligibility criteria. This team is involved in handling the admission process followed by online counselling, documents verification and supporting student visa processing.

International Collaboration

International Collaborations: Setting up appointments with higher educational institutions across the globe and handling collaborations for educational and research outputs.

Support to Stakeholder Institutions: This department provides online support to all Stakeholder Institutions for students’ learning at LUC.

Online support: This department supports partner institutions through the Lincoln Online collaboration software and provides them access to the online portal.

Training and Development: Conducting technical and non-technical training for the partner institutions as per their requirements.

Answer Scripts Evaluation and Result Publishing: Maintaining data for distributing answer scripts for evaluation and publishing of results.

Admission Support

The Admissions Team is responsible for the admissions to all pathways programmes registered under the online system of the University. They ensure speedy and accurate processing with high standards of data quality. Our team members work to attain the highest professional standards, to follow the general guidelines and responsibilities, meeting the expectations of international students. This department plans, organizes, maintains, and manages the processes and operations of admission services for the University.

Logistics & Store Management

The Logistics and Store Management department mainly works with different kinds of people for purchasing equipment, and delivery as per requirements. They are responsible for:

• Agreeing to price rates
• Order placement
• Communication with Accounts
• Stock maintenance
• Packaging
• Inventory and ordering

Content Support

Our content support team research industry-related areas. They prepare marketing materials to endorse the products and services provided by our company; distribute quality writing materials that appeal to our audiences, attract clients and enhance brand awareness; are responsible for preparing our blog posts; and update the website content.

Research Support

Our Research Support department is responsible for monitoring and completion of our research projects from the initial planning stages and works with other teams to confirm and track their progress status. They assist in determining the areas of the research project as well as research procedures and other test restrictions. They also evaluate and analyse data during the passage of the project.
