Human Resource Cum Administration
(A) Human Resource: –
Human resource department is an essential part of any organization. The responsibilities of the HR professionals are to plan, recruit, evolve, select, induct, train along with Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration ensuring safety, determining reimbursement packages and smoothing career path of classifieds working in the organization. Our Human Resource Department functions in various aspects to meet the needs. They are as follows:
• Coordinating with relevant authorities to certify company’s agreement with employees Laws and related statutory necessities.
• Formulating presentation for monthly and annual company work force, payroll and the respective HR statements to the Accounting Division, maintaining attendance & data sheet of employee record.
• Managing the Human Resources internal control guidelines and procedures to align with corporate directions.
• Resolving the employees’ queries relating to the Human Resource guidelines and procedures and give effort to provide solutions.
(B) Administration: –
Administration and management personnel make sure that this place of learning and training are running efficiently and effectively. Our education administrators help to ensure the efficient running of a private education institution through a range of administrative, supportive and financial duties. Our Administrative Department accomplish general clerical duties with multitasking job performance which include Letter writing, processing any minor technical or non-technical issue, photocopying, scanning, mailing and filing etc. Some of the job roles of the Administration Department of LEPL are as follows:
• Receive and attend every call and redirect to pertinent staff members, receiving messages and accumulating significant mail. Preserve electronic filing system along with hard copy.
• Purchase and sustain record of office stationery, equipment in addition to managing contracts of office accessories and amenities.
• Organize and maintain accounts for staff office space, phones, parking, etc. Arrange and organize meetings, conferences, Special Day celebrations.
• Promoting special events, such as company activities, fundraising activities etc.
• Perform other improvised duties as allotted by the management.
Curriculum Development Committee (CDC)
Our Curriculum Development Committee (CDC) encompasses the design and progress of integrated plans for knowledge, the design of implementation of the strategies, and of the evaluation of the plans, their application and the outcomes of the learning experience. Lincoln Education Private Limited is also involved in journal publication. LEPL publishes three journals on behalf of different faculty of Lincoln University College.The journals are fully Open access with a mission-driven to facilitate the widest possible dissemination of high-quality research. The editorial board and reviewers are prominent individuals from around the world, representative of the disciplines covered by the journal. International Collaboration
Communication: This department communicates collaboration with our Lincoln University College. They guide and support them through Skype, E-mail, Phone as well as some time by visiting their campus etc. They liaise with them to help them registering online & recruiting their student’s through collaboration Software by supporting each time.
International Collaboration: Setting up appointment with colleges and handle collaboration for educational and financial benefits.
Support to Collaborative Institutions: This department gives online support to all Collaborative Institutions for student’s learning at LUC.
Online support: This department is liable to support any partner institutions through Lincoln Online collaboration software and give them online portal with access.
Training & Development: Conducting technical and non-technical training with the partner institutions as per their requirements and development.
Answer Scripts Evaluation and Result Publishing: Maintaining data for distributing answer scripts for evaluation and result publishing.
Admission Support
Our Admission Support Team is doing multitasking work on online Application, verifying documents, generating Admission letter, processing online visa etc. The Admission team is responsible for the admissions of all pathways programmes registered in online system of University. They ensure speedy and accurate offer processing with high standards of data quality always. The employee of the said department will be flexible and work across the pathways admissions department and supporting the application process to the respective departments. The members are involved in recording and processing all online applications for international students and assist in ensuring compliance with University admissions entry policies and procedures.
Our team members work to the professional standards, boundaries, guidelines and general responsibilities meeting the expectation of the international students, as well as under the Malaysian guidelines and or University policies and procedures. They handle skype and email enquiries from prospective students, their parents, agents, advisers and College staff to discuss and advise on the admissions and enrolments process. To develop and maintain an up to date knowledge based on the equivalence of a wide range of international and Malaysian qualifications (including both academic and English language) they maintain data sheet for each approved programmes, applications record & students record. This department plans, organizes, maintains, and manages the processes and operations of admission services for the University.
Logistics & Store Management
This department mainly works with different kinds of people for purchasing any equipment and delivery as per requirements. They are responsible for many jobs like follows:
• Liaising with Vendors: This department liaises with vendors/ suppliers for purchasing any items. They are responsible for sending list of items to the vendor, collecting quotations from suppliers.
• Fixing price rate: Our Purchasing cum Logistics & Store department always try to reduce rate from the vendor.
• Place the order: This department supplies the order to supplier after settling the rate of item.
• Communicate with Account: They always communicate with the account department for paying sum of amount after placing order.
• Stoke the Equipment: After purchasing they are liable to maintenance and keeping the records in store.
• Packing: This department packs all the goods very well for safe and fast delivery. They maintain a standard in packing for any items.
• Inventory and ordering: Assisting with the purchase of kit and equipment and other supplies as required by the administration work involved in the stores and purchasing function.
Content Support
Research Support
The team members of our research support department administer research projects and work with the other team members to confirm that the project remains on agenda. They assist in determining the areas of the research project as well as research procedures and other test restrictions. These personnel might also evaluate and analyze data during the passage of the project. They administer research projects from the initial planning stages to the completion of the project. Our professionals verify the status of the tasks that are on schedule, assist in gathering data and communicate with every member of the team.
